Fun looking at all of this. Good to see “Mouse Guard” on the list as well as some of the old standards like “Calvin and Hobbs”, “The Neighborhood” and “The Far Side” So many I haven’t heard of but maybe I can catch up on some of your top ones when we are there in May/June. So much to take in and so little time.
Yeah, I’ll totally set you up with some good reading. I even have an old collection of The Neighborhood if you want to relive old times!

Knife to the eye!!! Thanks for the list. I would definitely like to pick up some new reads off it. Our little conversation got me back on the reading track and I’ve just finished “American Gods” and will be finishing “Triumph of the City” soon. I recommend the second one if you’re at all interested in the history and growth of large cities around the world.
My pleasure Tony. If you have to pick one read off the list, I’d of course go with Daytripper (since it is #1), but if you haven’t checked out Nextwave, please do so. It will make you shoot milk out your nose even if you haven’t been drinking milk.
I’ll have to check out Triumph of the City since, yeah, the growth of cities is definitely something fascinating. Urbanity and the rise of suburbanity is another fascinating topic.

Triumph of the City actually dips into the relationship between the rise of cities and suburbs.
